your staff will be guided through full-body movement that ensures release of tension and stress from the physical body, which is commonly a factor in busy seated-work roles

We will work to improve mobility and strength, paying particular attention to the spine, the hips, and the neck

Through a variation of breath techniques, they will learn concepts of tension-release through respiration, which will allow them to come back to a relaxed-state more easily anytime when needed

Finally, we will work with the breath where I will guide your staff through different techniques that are known to support mental health and can again be used by them outside of our sessions
