Hi! I’m Ana THE Health coach and I have coached hundreds of people over the last 7 years with a primary focus to move better, be healthier, have less stress, and live much more fulfilling balanced lives

Through experience, I have learnt that simplicity and consistency are absolutely key in order to both teach and to learn how to leave overwhelm behind and find that balance that we all look for - in the physical and the mental body

With my corporate wellness program, the aim is to do exactly that for your employees

Mindfulness

Introduce and speak on mindset tools that will lay a strong foundation for the employees, which they can use on a day-to-day basis especially in times of high work-load or external life stressors that may affect work performance

Movement & BREATH-WORK

Sessions will include movement & mobilising of the body, with a focus on learning simple movements that can be replicated at home or even in the office when needed

Through a variation of progressive breath-work practices, individuals will be taught how to loosen stiff bodies, particularly the neck and the spine, as well as learn simple breathing tools for reducing stress, stepping out of overwhelm, and regulating the nervous system.

Meditation

Every session will involve a guided meditation for the participants to completely switch off and allow themselves to come back to the blissful ‘rest & digest’ state before returning to work relaxed and at peace no matter what is going on

Community Portal

An online community portal which will include everything that your staff learns during the wellness sessions and much much more. This will involve video weekly mindfulness videos, breath work tutorials, pre-recorded meditations and monthly Q&A’s with myself

Most importantly it will encourage them to practice outside of the group sessions. Thus incorporating the tools learned into their everyday life making it a lot more likely to be used in supporting a healthy balance in and out of the workplace. Community has been proven to be a huge aspect of maintaining a good headspace
